Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Parv Organics will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we are happy to work with our patrons to find a fair and amicable solution for all parties.

In Case of a Damaged Product

Parv Organics must be notified of any damaged product within 2 days from the delivery date via email at info@parvorganics.com.
In the email, kindly include:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • One clear image of the outer box
  • Two clear images of the damaged product
  • An unboxing video showing the damaged product

For shipments containing multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

 

We will promptly resend and replace the damaged product(s) and ensure a suitable resolution.
Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, with full assistance provided thereafter.

Refunds will be processed to your original account within 7 to 10 working days.

In Case of Missing Product

Parv Organics must be notified of any missing product within 2 days from the delivery date via email at info@parvorganics.com.
In the email, kindly include:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • One clear image of the outer box
  • Two clear images of the opened box with all items received
  • An unboxing video showing all received items

We regret that refund requests cannot be accepted for missing products. However, we will promptly resend the missing item and ensure full assistance.
Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours.

Refunds will be processed to your original account within 7 to 10 working days.

In the case of Spoiled Product

Parv Organics must be notified of any spoilage within 2 days from the delivery date via email at info@parvorganics.com.
In the email, kindly include:

  • Order number
  • Date of packaging or manufacture
  • Clear images or a video of the product showing the issue

Please note: We are unable to accept returns for variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Our products are completely natural and handcrafted, meaning no two batches are identical. We ensure the use of the finest natural ingredients and maintain maximum nutritional value in all our products.

After due investigation and diligence, spoiled products will be replaced, and we assure a fair and satisfactory outcome. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, with full assistance provided thereafter.
